Photographer’s Note
“I waited for some time on an opposite walkway to capture a single figure. My goal was to create a fine art landscape that feels more like a painting than a literal photograph. This particular style allows me to focus on the interplay of light and geometry without the distraction of busy street details. I processed the final image in Photoshop to separate the walkway from the surroundings, and then blur the background. What looks like shops and lighting inside the walkway is in fact parts of the background that it was not possible to blur. I quite like the overall effect though. What do you think?”
